She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo, a daughter, Gerrie Ramage, and a son, David.

William (Muriel) Cowsert and Mrs. Wilford (Lois) Burklow, all of Portage; a son, Richard of Florida; eight grandchildren; nine greats grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. Friends may call until 10 p.m. today at Olson Frum Portage, Chapel. The body will be transferred to Gibbon's Funeral Home, Harrisburg, which is in charge of services at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Gaskin City, III.

The Rev. Parrish will officiate, Burial will be in Wallace Cemetery, Herod, 111. Friday at Gary Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. The Rev. Anthony Vigna officiated.

Vernon Remble SOUTH HAVEN Vernon J. Remble, 33, of 714 Juniper, a resident here four years, formerly of Chicago, died Sunday at Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso. He was a member of the Portage United Pentecostal Church and was employed as manager of Gene's Sunoco Service Station. Surviving are his widow, Sandra; two Hea- Ray Pfyrh ire" KOUTS Ray M. 2, died Sunday morning at Hines Veterans Hospital in Illinois after a five-month illness. Born in Manville, 111, Aug. 22, 1909, he resided in the Kouts area for four years and was employed as a farm hand. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are two brothers, Ronald of Streator.
